Penat aku minggu ni, semalam (isnin) ada 2 mid terms. dan dua dua aku jawab entah pape, lepas tu the rest of the day aku rasa macam tade mood. aku rasa mcm nak apply study leave je. rejuvenate balik, mana tahu i'll be good as new?
iye, satu hari aku hari aku pulun study aku, penat otak takyah cakaplahh. penat gila, sampai rasa malas nak buat semua benda. malam, pukul 11 aku da tutup lampu. tidur, sampai pagi tadi, plan nak jumpa lecture, tak jadi. sebab, aku malas.
iye, aku sangat malas. compartment aku macam tongkang pecah. kesian bilik aku.
and i decide to go back home.
yes baby im home.
recent event in my university, in case u didnt know, there was demonstration took place infront of masjid compound really caught my eyes. it was rather to be funny, looking at those intellectual shouting like an ape, claiming their right. which, im pretty sure, dirty agenda behind it.
however, if u really think behind all this matter, percaya tak, that this world is about to end?
ok now. focus.
I went to Feminism in Future, held at ISTAC, where I've met Farish a. Noor, Datin Paduk Marina Mahathir. and to extend my enthusiastic, I've met prof El Muhammady.
yet, I wasnt really interested in the topic itself, because its not my concerns, i wanna meet Dr. farish a. noor personally, because whenever I read his blog, I rasa mcm very brilliant. however, he's no longer updating his blog. Thus, i have to subscribe his FB, in order to read his works.
back to the topic
The Feminism, is not something new. and, during the discussion *I wonder why farish wanna make as in debate, when apparently the main issue regard on the feminism agenda. I dun really have problem with that matter, cumanya...
here comes the not so interesting part
Zainah anwar was there, representing sister in islam, talking about injustice of Islam. in terms the implementation of hudud law as they believed, in the eyes of Hudud laws, there are many argument, subjected to bias, because men interprets it. Thus, "enlightenment" must be there, revolution on the laws itself, in order to have balance and free from any discriminatory. fahtom?
*note, when I mentioned injustice, I refer to equality between men and women. meaning to say, both sexes are equal*
I was really surprise, when ZA request to have distinct policy between government and religion. which means, a secular view, on the laws. or else, women will be discriminated. as hudud laws is violent and inhumanities.
and topic was initially on women position in islam, since there were so many arguments says women have been discriminated for ages, as the role of women is not significant in society. thus, she believes and conclude women is oppressed in the name of religion
hayyah, how lar like this?
well, the initial topic was Feminism, entah mcm mana boleh sampai sini.
here's the conclusion lah, senang cerita.
remember BERSIH 2.0? if u dunno, that's scary.
ok, BERSIH was mainly concern on the demand so that government will not exactly reform, but be more telus in every decision. Rakyat is so fed up and nak muntah hijau will so many corruptions bla blaaa... transparent in election, bla.. bla.. bla....
can u deduce something based on this events?
As for me, this event had occurred due to injustice
Just according to Plato is- give men his proper due.and Islam carries the same meaning. men should work based on his due. regardless, in any position. as long as men follows his role properly, then, everyone will be happy.
back the first event.
The demonstration happened when Prof Aziz Bari criticized selangor punya sultan, due to his action.
now, if sultan does his job properly, will he be criticized?
Prof Aziz Bari, is an expert on law and adviser for constitution,
can he says something? of course. because, that is his due. and this controversial happend because awang selamat, utusan meloya journalist written something really really manipulative.
now, can he do that? as in the practice of journalist? where's the ethics of journalism?
simple kan?
to the second event, Sister in Islam (sis) initiated due men's not doing his job properly. say for example, the first case was from rural area, when a women was not get her right. standard orang kampung, no education, has nothing to back up her financial. so, this SIS helped her to get her right.
now, where are they (SIS) heading now? musawah, lah, the revolt of Hudud law. what they are doing, actually bagus sebenarnya. but, of course, The real epistemology is not there. dun u think, they are being unjust to the KNOWLEDGE and eventually came out with ridiculous thing?
if the husband being just to her wife, do u think SIS will existed?
if the husband being just to her wife, do u think SIS will existed?
and finally bersih 2.0 tu.
Im not a big fan of government, neither supporter of opposition. because, they both are nonsense people and claimed to be hero of malaysia. ahhh, merepeklah u all.
The main reason bersih, was to make sure government listen to the rakyat,
do u think, if government were just, or these public nuisance will react?
think about it.
I betulkan balik. next post will be my interview with PR sister in islam.
